Privacy Policy

This page explains what Funnelbox collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Funnelbox is operated by Seth Johnson.

What we collect

• Your name and email address, when you buy or request the free cheat sheet.
• Your account details and password (stored encrypted — we can't read it).
• Your purchase history and subscription status.
• The affiliate link you paste in, so we can place it in your campaign.
• Basic usage information such as pages visited and clicks on your campaign.

We do not collect or store your card details. Card information goes directly to Stripe.

Why we use it

• To give you access to what you bought and run your hosted campaign.
• To send you your product emails and support replies.
• To send marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
• To handle payments, refunds, and fraud prevention.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the product: our payment processor (Stripe), our hosting and database provider, and our email delivery provider. They handle your data on our instructions. We do not sell your personal information.

People who join your list

When someone opts in through your campaign, we store their email so we can send the follow-up series on your behalf. Every one of those emails carries a one-click unsubscribe. You must not upload purchased lists or add anyone who did not opt in themselves.

How long we keep it

We keep account and purchase records for as long as your account exists, and afterwards only as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing contacts are removed on unsubscribe or on request.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email seth@johnsondaily.com and we'll action it. Deleting your account ends access to the product.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to process payments securely, and basic analytics to understand which pages people read. You can block cookies in your browser, but signing in and checkout may stop working.

Children

Funnelbox is not for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
