Terms of Service

Funnelbox ("Funnelbox", "we", "us") is operated by Seth Johnson. By buying or using Funnelbox you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the product.

What you're buying

Funnelbox is a digital product: access to a hosted marketing campaign, hosted pages, a hosted email follow-up series, a curated list of third-party offers, and written training. It is delivered online. Nothing physical is shipped.

What Funnelbox is not

• It is not a job, employment, or a business opportunity that pays you directly.
• It is not an investment, a security, or a financial product.
• It does not guarantee any income, sales, traffic, or results.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password private and for everything that happens on your account. One account is for one person. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing the product, the emails, or the training is not permitted.

Third-party offers and Explodely

Funnelbox points your campaign at offers listed on Explodely, an independent marketplace. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Explodely or any offer owner. Joining Explodely, being approved, keeping your account in good standing, and being paid commissions are entirely between you and Explodely. We do not pay commissions and cannot influence whether you're paid.

Acceptable use

• Don't send spam or unsolicited bulk email of any kind.
• Don't buy or use purchased email lists.
• Don't make income claims, earnings promises, or fake testimonials in your promotion.
• Don't use misleading, deceptive, or illegal traffic sources.
• Don't attempt to break, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules, without a refund where the breach is serious.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. One-time products are charged once. Profit Tracker is a recurring monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.

Availability

We work to keep the hosted pages and emails running, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. We may change, improve, or retire features, and we may swap offers in the curated list as availability changes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Funnelbox is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost earnings, or indirect or consequential losses.
